How do I purchase product?
Stock products that are available can be purchased by adding them to your cart and checking out. Some items are pre-order, you can buy them in advance to ensure you get it. Anything else, I’ll get with you and email you an invoice.
Do we ship product?
Absolutely! Select to ship at checkout and make sure all of your information is entered correctly and I’ll get it done! Shipping varies product by product.
I don’t want to pay shipping costs, can I just grab it?
For sure! Once your order is done and ready for pickup, I will provide you with how to get your purchase personally. Aside from that, check with me on my schedule and we might cross paths and you can get it then.
How do custom orders work? Cost?
To place an order, you have to pay for it first. You will be provided with a mock up should you want one and then I make it happen. You do not pay extra for general designs, I can pretty much get my hands on any graphics. Custom orders with a bunch of personalization and editing, creating - those start out at $30 and go up from there.
Can I return a purchase?
Unfortunately I do not accept returns. Should there be an issue and something’s not right, I am happy to remake it entirely - no hassle!
What’s the turnaround time?
Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, that time does not start until you’ve paid your invoice. Turnaround times may vary depending on life, sport seasons limit my time - family and my actual career always come first.
